Q: Can I Amend My Order Once the Order is Being Processed?

A: We package your products very soon after the order is placed which means your order cannot be amended once the status of your order has changed to “order processing”. This includes changing the delivery method, payment method, shipping address, color/quantity of items, or applying a discount.

Q: What If I Change My Mind and Don't Want to Accept Parcel?

A: If you do not accept or sign for the package when it arrives at your address, we will return the package to one of our warehouses. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Q: Do I need to Pay Immediately After The Order is Placed?

A: After your order is placed, please make payment within the period indicated on the payment page, otherwise the order will be canceled.

How to maintain the battery?

-Generally speaking, in order to avoid battery undervoltage, we recommend charging it at least once a month.
It would be great if you can top the battery up after each ride.
Please keep your battery charging port away from any metal objects.

Can throttle and G-PAS be used together?

-G-PAS and throttle are both independent functions. You can only use one of them at the same time.But these two modes can be used in conjunction with each other.

If you encounter an uphill section during riding, you can switch from throttle to PAS riding.Different riding modes are used according to different road sections, which is also one of the pleasures of riding GUNAI electric bicycles.

 

How long will shipping take？

-In general, for models that are in stock in European warehouses, the shipping time is 5-7 days.
If the model you purchased is on the way from China to the European warehouse, we will inform you of the actual situation and waiting time via email.

But please remember that we rely on third-party couriers, so the delivery date/time is not within our control.

 

Can the battery be locked？

-Yes, GUNAI bike equipped with the battery lock.

The key has three positions in total, in addition to turning the power on and off, it can also unlock the battery.

There have two matching keys, you must use the matching key to unlock.

 

Can I ride GUNAI E-bike in the rain?

-Most of the e-bike can withstand moderate moisture. Weather like drizzle should not cause problems. However, we don’t recommend riding e-bike in a downpour, as this may cause the battery shorted out. In wet weather, please clean the bike after each ride to keep the bike dry if possible.
